8.1: We endeavour to display only items in stock or available for manufacture or direct despatch. If stock becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
8.2: Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute a contract.
8.3: Most products require self-assembly. Sizes listed are approximate, and minor variations may occur. Mattress comfort ratings are for guidance only.

9. Delivery

9.1-9.3: Delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
9.4-9.6: If delivery fails due to issues such as access restrictions or absence, charges may apply for re-delivery or restocking.

10. Cancellation

10.1-10.7: Orders can be cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receipt, provided the Goods are unopened and unused. Bespoke and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

Orders may be cancelled automatically if flagged by our payment processing partner. In such cases, funds held as pending will be released by your bank.

12. Faulty Goods

Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery, supported by photographic evidence where requested. Faulty items reported within 30 days may qualify for a refund or replacement.

13. Warranties

All Goods are warranted for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
